It’s not easy to exercise authority over Hateful Town...
That may be why the Sheriff decided to take the easy way out to settle conflicts: an eye for an eye, a tooth for a tooth. In theory, this should bring an end to njustice, but in practice . . .centuries of applying this law proves it doesn’t work.
